A Ver Tavira Celebrates Five Years with an Exclusive Michelin Chef Dinner
Postal do Algarve highlighted the fifth anniversary celebration of A Ver Tavira, marked by a special gastronomic dinner held on 27 June 2026 in Tavira.
The event brought Chef Luís Brito together with chefs Alexandre Silva, from LOCO in Lisbon, awarded one Michelin Star; Rui Sequeira, from Alameda in Faro, also awarded one Michelin Star; Shirley Alves, from As Casas in Bahia, Brazil; and Dieter Koschina, from Vila Joya in Albufeira, awarded two Michelin Stars.
The celebration also marked the journey of A Ver Tavira since receiving its Michelin Star in 2022, reinforcing the restaurant’s role in establishing the Algarve as a leading gastronomic destination.
The experience began on the rooftop with a welcome reception and continued with a special menu created by the invited chefs. The entire evening was paired with André Jacquart Champagne, in a concept that brought together memory, emotion, seasonality and Portuguese gastronomic heritage.
